An electric pole that was damaged by a speeding truck hanging in balance since four days on the Hunsur-Mysuru Main Road near the Hunsur KSRTC Bus Stand, opposite the Hunsur Town Police Station. The pole was hit by a milk truck in the wee hours of Feb. 28 and neither the City Municipal Council nor the Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Company (CESC) authorities have bothered to replace the pole. On an average, thousands of vehicles travel on this road that connects Hunsur to Kodagu and Mysuru.
