Karnataka Governor Vajubhai R. Vala visited Mysore Palace for the first time this morning along with his family members. Picture shows Palace Board Dy. Director T.S. Subramanya explaining about Goddess Chamundeshwari, the presiding deity of Mysuru, placed inside the replica of Golden Howdah, to the VVIP. The dignitary, who spent more than an hour going around the Palace, said it was the Best Palace in the country. He also expressed his wish to come back and see the Golden Throne which will be displayed for public viewing during Dasara festivities.
