There are moments of a relationship nothing seems to go well. May be it’s time for a change not in relationship but with the Feng Shui of your space to reunite the occupants. The place of dwelling swell with different types of energies which can attract prosperity, health and money but the most important would be good health and harmony. Many have a wonderful life outside their home bubbling with enthusiasm and positivity but seem to be drained; spirits dampened, highly-charged up and irritated waiting for a reason to fight and argue the minute they are back  in their home. Interior design is something much more than aesthetics. It is balancing the natural forces of our environment to create harmony and rejuvenate relationships going down the hill. An imbalanced house often translates as an imbalance in the male or female energy of the occupants and their relationship. Feng Shui techniques seek to restore balance by manipulating the Chi flow rather like an acupuncturist. The shape of a property and the design of the building could be one of the major reasons for disharmony amongst occupants. Look for properties that appear to be balanced both on the right and left side. A semi-detached houses with dramatic slope to one side, is considered as a bad Feng Shui as this is said to affect the confidence and power of the male occupant. The left is the Dragon which is male and the right is the Tiger which is perceived as Female from the Feng Shui perspective. Hence an imbalance on the elevation, shape and design of a building can cause conflict to the male and female occupants. Placing of some specific symbols and re-doing the bedroom can help to a large extent to rejuvenate a bad relationship. A bedroom cramped and having too much clutter is one of the main negative energy sources. Create a serene and blissful atmosphere by adapting décor which is slightly “Yin” that is a little dark, quiet and cool. This ensures a sanctuary for good rest, love, relationship, mutual respect and a feeling of security. Low lighting with drapes having solid patterns and muted colours can further accentuate the feel of the space.
