General Thimmaiah Road in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage has become an eyesore as garbage dump is not cleared since many days. This picture shows one of the many heaps of garbage by the side of this road. Foul smell is emanating from the garbage causing inconvenience to the public. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage cleared and issue stern warnings to those indulging in dumping garbage in public places.
