Garbage heap causing health hazard in Rajivnagar

Garbage dumped on the 17th Cross in Rajivnagar 2nd Stage is causing health hazard to the residents living in the surroundings as it is emanating foul smell due to recent rains and increase in disease causing mosquitoes and flies. Residents say that it has become impossible to allow children to play outside and there is fear of reptiles including snakes entering the houses. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage cleared at the earliest and also asphalt the road.
