Garbage emanating foul smell in JSS Layout

Garbage such as empty plastic covers, dried coconut fronds, leftover food etc., which are dumped outside the garbage bin at JSS Layout near a temple is emanating foul smell forcing people to cover their noses while passing by the road. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage cleared regularly.
