Garbage and household wastes are being dumped on the road in Bannimantap ‘C’ Layout opposite St. Philomena’s College, thus spoiling the surrounding environment. Also, garbage is not being cleared regularly resulting in foul smell emanating from the garbage heap. Residents say that though complaints were given many times, the garbage is not being cleared regularly and the authorities have turned a blind eye to the problem. Authorities concerned are once again urged to get the garbage cleared on a daily basis.
