An open manhole near Vidyavardhaka School on Gange Road 1st Cross in Kuvempunagar is posing danger to the public. The manhole is located at the base of a tree and is filled with sewage water which cannot be noticed suddenly. One of SOM readers, who has sent the photo, said that many students walk on this road to go to the school and may accidentally fall into it. Authorities concerned are urged to get the manhole covered at the earliest.
