Gallons of drinking water going down the drain in Bannimantap

Gallons of precious drinking water is going for a waste from a damaged drinking water pipeline near Star of Mysore Office since many months and despite bringing it to the notice of the authorities concerned, nothing has been done to plug the leakage and even now water is flowing into the drains. This apart, a small puddle caused by the leakage has become a place for pigs to play. Authorities concerned are once again urged to take steps to get the leaking pipe fixed.
