I have been using Kaveri Online Services App provided by the Department of Stamps and Registration to view information related to Encumbrance Certificate (EC), Registered documents etc. The App version 1.0 was working fine by facilitating the above mentioned information without errors. The recent latest version 2.0 is not providing accurate information when we query. It does not provide information prior to 2020 as per my experience.
