Sir, It is with immense pleasure and satisfaction I am sharing with you my experience at the Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK), Mysuru on 16th August 2017 regarding the services offered to us vide online applications of me and my wife, both dated 13th August 2017 for passports. We got the appointments on 16th August, that is within 3 days of our applications. All the process of verification of documents of both of us were completed by the Officers/ Staff of POPSK at the four counters within 15 minutes. The entire process of verification was well streamlined, systematic, meticulous and prompt. The Officers and Staff were very courteous, polite, dedicated and sincere. Not even a single minute was wasted in POPSK. Our sincere thanks to POPSK, Mysuru and wishing it Good Luck to grow and develop further and continue to serve the people to their utmost satisfaction.
