The drain in B.M. Sri Nagar, filled with waste and overgrown shrubs and weeds, is hindering the smooth flow of sewage water resulting in water getting stagnant in some places which has become a breeding place for mosquitoes. Authorities concerned are urged to take action before the rain intensifies which may result in the waste clogging the drain and overflowing on to the road and residences in the surroundings.
