Sir, The Mysore Race Club (MRC) is not troubling the people of Mysuru nor the people have any problem from MRC. Even if MRC is shifted and the place converted into a Botanical Garden, which is not required for the time being, it will become a “Lovers Point.” Moreover, the Government is getting lot of revenue from MRC. Hence, I appeal to S.R. Mahesh, Minister for Tourism and Sericulture, to concentrate on developing other tourist places rather than the Race Course.
