Sir, Signal lights were installed at Kumbarakoppal Gate, KRS Road, Mysuru, two years ago. But nowadays suddenly they are defunct for reasons known to the authorities concerned only. This Gate is a very busy junction, particularly during peak hours. Is it not the duty of the authorities concerned to maintain functioning of the traffic signals and allow the public to have a sigh of relief while crossing the roads and drive safely?
