Construction debris and garbage is being dumped on the Service Road along the Ring Road near Rajarajeshwari Nagar (Ananda Nagar) which is becoming an eyesore and is also hindering the smooth flow of traffic. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to clear the debris and garbage and also penalise those who are found dumping the same.
