darkness persists on ring road

Sir, The Ring Road stretch from Seshadripuram College to Hinkal junction that includes the major road leading to Rane Madras is plunged into darkness since the past three days as none of the lights are switched on.  Earlier the lights would go off at 11 pm but now there is darkness all through the evening. This poses a great risk not only to road-users and pedestrians but will also invite crime. Hence, I request the authorities to look into the matter and also enlighten citizens on the timings of lights; according to some inputs there is no way the lights can be switched off on Ring Roads but we see that they go off every night at 11pm.
