Sir, On Saturday morning I decided to go on a long drive. It was a wonderful drive from Mysuru to Kukke Subramanya via Kodagu; the road is good throughout. As I descended the ghats of Madikeri, there was a pothole which could neither be seen nor was there any kind of signboard. I drove into it and was shocked by the way my car reacted. Everything inside my car vibrated with a bang sound and the wheel bent. To my luck nothing much damage happened. But I heard that many accidents have taken place in the spot because of this pothole. Will the authorities concerned either fix the road or put up some signboard near that pothole to save precious lives?
