A clogged manhole in Jayanagar 12th Cross is causing a lot of problems to the residents living in the surroundings as sewage water from the manhole is overflowing and getting stagnant at a distance resulting in foul smell emanating from it besides leading to mosquito menace. Authorities concerned are urged to do the needful at the earliest.
