Garbage which is dumped into a drain behind Loyal World in N.R. Mohalla is hindering the flow of sewage water which has now become stagnant resulting in foul smell emanating from it and also increase in mosquitoes. Authorities concerned are urged to get the drain cleaned for the benefit of the public and residents living in the surroundings.
