Children celebrate with Bharatanatyam

On the occasion of Children’s Day, under the direction of Natyacharya Prof. K. Ramamurthy Rao, students of Noopura Kalavidharu Samskruthika Trust, J.P. Nagar, performed Bharatanatyam at Vasudevacharya Bhavana on Nov.13. The performers were accompanied by Prof. Ramamurthy Rao on natuvanga, Indrani Anantharam on vocal support, Vid. M.R. Hanumanth Raju on mridanga, Vid. Rajesh on flute and Raghavendra Prasad on rhythm pad. About 25 students performed on this occasion. Two students of Rajashree Naik, Manaswi and Vidya from Bengaluru also participated as guest artistes. Kala Seva Rathna K.V. Murthy presided over the event.
