In a serial accident involving three vehicles, two persons travelling in a car sustained injuries when a borewell rig rammed into the Sports Utility vehicle (SUV) from behind, resulting in the car crashing into the rear-side of a bus that was moving ahead of it at Tavarekere near Kushalnagar on Mysuru-Madikeri Highway this noon. The injured were treated at a local hospital.
