Bags Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Award

In recognition of her contributions to public health, Poornima Jayakrishna, Chief Administrative Officer at Public Health Research Institute of India (PHRII), a city-based Charitable Trust dedicated to advancing women’s health through evidence-based research, advocacy, training and healthcare access initiatives, was presented with ‘Bharat Ratna Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Award’ by Universal Brotherhood, a Social and Educational Charitable Trust,during the Sarva Dharma Sammelana held in Bengaluru recently.
