Urging the authorities to transfer Child Development Project Officer Shivalingappa for displaying dictatorship behaviour and fulfilment of various demands, more than 100 people, under the banner of Federation of Karnataka State Anganwadi Activists and Assistants, staged a protest in front of the DC’s office in city this morning. Their other demands included deposit of money for purchase of vegetables and eggs, which is pending since four months, formation of complaint committee and payment of monthly salary on 5th of every month. Federation President Brahmarambika, State Board Member D. Jagannath, Farzana, Mahadevamma, Manjula and others were present.
