Mysuru: ‘World Vitiligo Day’ was recently held at the Department of Skin and STD, K.R. Hospital, to create awareness among public about Vitiligo. This programme was organised by Mysore Dermatology Society (MDS) in association with Department of Skin and STD.
Dr. Chandrashekar, Medical Superintendent, K.R. Hospital, inaugurated. Dr. B.L. Nanjundaswamy, Head of the Department of Skin and STD, was the chief guest. Dr. S. Sathish spoke on Vitiligo. Dr. K.A.K Surendran, President, MDS, presided. Dr. H. Bangaru, Secretary, MDS, organised the event. Dr. J. Raju, Dr. Y.M. Shivakumar, Dr. K.R. Raghavendra and Dr. Purushotham were present.
