Mysuru: Karnataka Science and Technology Academy (KSTA) had organised ‘World Science Day for Peace and Development’ in association with NIE Institute of Technology, Mysuru, with the theme “Science for global understanding” on Nov.10. The programme was inaugurated by S.L. Ramachandra, Director, NIE. He emphasised on the attitudes of curiosity and questioning to gain the knowledge of science and technology by giving daily life examples.
The keynote address was delivered through an audio message by N. Ramanuja, Hon. Vice President, NIE. He spoke about the need for science for worldly peace and development.
