Vice-Chancellor of Central Agricultural University, Manipur Prof. S. Ayyappan will inaugurate. Joint Director of Agriculture Dr. M. Mahanteshappa will preside. Dean of Yelachenahalli College of Horticulture Dr. G. Janardhan will be the chief guest. Indiramma, a progressive farmer from Hanumanahalli in KR Nagar will speak on the occasion.
