Sakshama Mysuru has organised Ashtavakra Jayanti celebration and World Day of The Deaf on Oct. 8 at 4 pm at Gopalaswamy Shishuvihara, Nanjumalige in the city. Vidyanidhi scholarship for specially-abled students will be given at the programme. President of Maharaja Education Trust (MET), Mysuru, Dr. S. Murali, Assistant Professor at NIE, Mysuru, Vedamohan and Vice-President of Mysuru District Deaf Association Mahesh Varma will be the chief guests, according to President of Sakshama Mysuru Dr. Chandrashekar and Secretary Arunachala Sharma.
