BSNL Mysuru, dedicated to empowering its consumers and enhancing their security in digital landscape, has organised a Consumer Education Workshop on ‘Unsolicited Commercial Communications (UCC) and Spam Calls’ in strict adherence to TRAI guidelines on May 24 from 11 am onwards at Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, Zonal Telecom Training Centre (ZTTC), T.K. Layout in city. This workshop aims to provide crucial information and practical tips to all Telecom Consumers in Mysuru to help them identify, report and protect themselves from unsolicited calls and fraudulent messages.
