Umashankar, Principal Secretary, Department of Primary and Secondary Education, will inaugurate. V. Anbu Kumar, Commissioner, Department of Public Instruction, will release a handbook on online services. Karnataka State Government Employees Union State President C.S. Shadakshari, Directorate of Linguistic Minorities Director Siriyannavar Lalitha Chandrashekar and Association President Harinakshi will be the chief guests.
