A workshop on ‘Role of stakeholders in effective delivery of justice’ has been organised tomorrow (Sept.9) at 9.30 am at the office of Police Commissioner here, under the joint aegis of the District Judiciary, District Legal Services Authority, District Administration, City and District Police, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Mysore Medical College and Research Institute, Department of Mines and Geology and Department of Forensic Science. Lectures and interaction will be held on POCSO Act, Cyber Crime, Forensic Science and other legal issues. IGP (Southern Range) K.V. Sharatchandra will inaugurate the programme. Principal District and Sessions Judge S.K. Vontigodi, DC Abhiram G. Sankar, City Police Commissioner Dr. A.S. Rao, SP Amit Singh and others will participate.
