The University of Mysore Research Students Association, in collaboration with Dalit Students Federation, Manasagangothri and the city’s Ulume Pratishtana, is organising a workshop on the topic ‘Young population - Our hope for the future’ at Maharaja’s College in city at 10.30 am tomorrow (Apr. 2). Prof. V. Shanmugam will preside. The event will feature an interaction with students in which Dr. M. Manjula, Prof. Vijayalakshmi Manapura and Dr. H.S. Anupama will take part.
Books release: On the same day (Apr. 2), writer Dr. H.S. Anupama’s two books — ‘Buddha, Dhamma Mathu Samaja Sudharakaru’ and ‘Buddha, Dhamma Mathu Mahile’ will be released at a programme organised by Ulume Pratishtana at the Institution of Engineers on JLB Road at 4 pm. Noted writer Prof.Sabiha Bhoomigowda will preside, according to a press release.
