Mysuru: An incident of a woman injuring her neighbour for allegedly throwing stone at stray dogs which she was taking care of has been reported on Tuesday at Gokulam here. While the injured has been identified as 52-year-old Chikkathayamma, the woman who injured her has been identified as Gayatri.
On Tuesday morning, Chikkathayamma, who had gone to fetch her grandchildren from yoga classes, was returning along with them when a stray dog came barking towards them. Fearing that the dog may harm her grandchildren, Chikkathayamma, allegedly threw a stone at the dog to scare it.
