Madevi (26), wife of Ningaraju, of the village, is the deceased person. Her husband had taken a loan of Rs. 5 lakh to build a house. She was always worrying about the same. She took the extreme step by hanging self with her saree, when nobody was at home. The couple has a eight-year-old son.
