Mysuru: Dr. S. Meenakshi, Lecturer, Department of Prosthodontics, Crown & Bridge, JSS Dental College and Hospital, Mysuru, was awarded Second Best Scientific Paper Award at the 16th National Conference of Indian Association of Applied Microbiologists (IAAM), Chennai, organised by Division of Molecular Biology Department of Water and Health, Faculty of Life Sciences, for her presentation titled ‘Development and Evaluation of Emulgel for antifungal activity in Geriatric denture wearers - An invitro study.’
The research work was carried out under the guidance of Dr. Anil Kumar Gujjari, Professor, Department of Prosthodontics, and Dr. D.V. Gowda, Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutics, JSS College of Pharmacy, JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru.
