Winners of District-level Badminton Tournament

Kodava Samaja Cultural and Sports Club in association with Mysuru District Badminton Association had organised a District-level Badminton Tournament from Apr.13 to 15 in city. The Tournament was inaugurated by International Sportsperson and Arjuna awardee Arjun Devaiah at Mysore University Indoor Badminton Court in Manasagangothri and Matches were held at Club premises in Vijayanagar 1st Stage. The winners of the Tournament are as follows: U-10 Boys - Winner: Gaurav; Runner: Akarsh; Girls - Winner: Anica Ganapathy; Runner: Kohana. U-15 Boys - Winner: Santhas; Runner: Kushwanth; Girls - Winner: G. Aishwarya; Runner:  Shiyana Ganapathy. U-17 Boys - Winner: Kavish Chengappa; Runner: Kishal Ganapathy; Girls - Winner: Riddhi Shah; Runner: Mariyam Fathima. U-13 Boys - Winner: Laksh Chengappa; Runner: N. Bhuvan; Girls - Winner: G. Aishwarya; Runner: Jade. U-13 Boys Doubles - Winner: Laksh Chengappa & N. Bhuvan; Runner: N.S. Nishanth & R. Chiranth; Girls - Winner: Aishwarya and Sinchana; Runner: Anica Ganapathy and Jade. U-19 Boys - Winner: M. Rohith; Runner: Bhargav S. Gowda; Girls - Winner: Deethya; Runner: Riddhi Shah. U-15 Boys Doubles - Winner: Santhas & S. Neeraj; Runner: Kayaan & Uday; Girls - Winner: Aishwarya & Shiyana Ganapathy; Runner: Samskrit and Samyuktha. U-17 Boys Doubles - Winner: Kishal & Kavish; Runner: Souhardh and Kushwanth; Girls - Winner: Riddhi & Sheyana; Runner: Mariyam & Hastha. U-19 Boys Doubles -  Winner: Rohith & Kishal; Runner: Bhargav & Kavish; Girls - Winner: Deethya & Jayashree; Runner: Mariyam & Hastha. Player of the Tournament - Boy: Kishal; Girl: G. Aishwarya. Best Upcoming Player - Boy: P. Chirag; Girl: Mariyam Fathima. Association Secretary Prabhu was the chief guest at the valeditory. Club President M.P. Nanaiah, Secretary K. N. Kushalappa, Treasurer Ashwath, Coach Harsha and others were present at the prize distribution.
