Mysuru: R. Raghu Kautilya, the new Chairman of D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation, said that he will sincerely work towards fulfilling the objectives for which the Corporation has been established.
Addressing a press meet at Patrakarthara Bhavan here this morning, Raghu said that 12th century reformer Basavanna worked towards building a wholesome society by unifying all Kayaka Samajas. Likewise, former Chief Minister D. Devaraj Urs too worked for social upliftment of all Kayaka Samajas through academic, economic and social empowerment.
