Make Society Smile Foundation, in association with Rotary Mysore East, has organised a ‘Walkathon for Educational Causes’ in city on Aug. 6. Hundreds of participants and supporters from all walks of life will take part in the event which commences at Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Palace North Gate, at 6 am. The walkathon, to be held in four categories — 3K, 5K, 7K and 10K — aims to raise funds and awareness to support the Foundation’s ongoing educational initiatives.
