Wajid Baig Ashrafi (53), Vice-President of Empty Drums, Can Dealers and Management Committee member of the Masjid Azam Ahle Sunnath-wo-Jamath, Ashoka Road, passed away at his residence in Christian Colony, Rajiv Nagar on Oct.19 (Thursday) following a brief illness. He leaves behind his mother, wife, three sons, six brothers, sisters and a host of relatives and friends. Namaz-e-Janaza was performed on Thursday and funeral took place at Muslim Burial ground in Mandi Mohalla. Sir Khazi of Mysore Hazarath Moulana Mohammed Usman Shariff Saheb and others have condoled his death.
