Bengaluru: Actor Sudeep appealed Chief Minister Siddharamaiah to allot land around the samadhi of actor late Vishnuvardhan in Abhiman Studio here to be developed into a memorial similar to Dr. Rajkumar’s Memorial located in the Kanteerava Studio. Sudeep, who met Chief Minister Siddharamaiah at his official residence ‘Cauvery’ yesterday, is said to have briefed CM that though nearly eight years had elapsed since Vishnu’s death there was no sign of his proposed memorial. The actor sought an acre of land near the samadhi for the construction of the memorial either by the State Government or at least for the fans to purchase the land and develop it into a memorial of late actor Dr. Vishnuvardhan.
