Mysore/Mysuru: Strongly condemning the rampant corruption and irregularities in Government appointments such as PSI and Assistant Professor recruitment exams, which has turned out into a huge scam, members of University of Mysore Research Students Association, in association with Dalita Vidyarthi Okkoota, staged a protest in front of Kuvempu statue at the main entrance of Manasagangothri campus yesterday.
Demanding a through probe into the scams, the protestors wanted the probe to be done by a sitting High Court Judge. Urging for reconduct of the recruitment exams for PSI and Assistant Professors in the wake of the scam, they sought filling up of all vacancies in Universities and all Government Departments in a fair and transparent manner
