Mysore/Mysuru: The Syndicate of the University of Mysore (UoM) has approved giving four-acre-land on the Manasagangothri campus for establishing the Centre of Excellence for Studies in Classical Kannada (CESCK).
Currently, the Centre is functioning at the Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL). With this, decks were cleared for setting up of the Centre which had been pending for many years. The 4-acre land was located behind the PG hostel in the Manasagangothri campus.
