University of Mysore (UoM) has organised a programme at the Crawford Hall at 11 am tomorrow (Feb. 28), for the release of the Centenary Convocation Logo and to celebrate National Science Day. Pramoda Devi Wadiyar will release the logo. Prof. Uday Maitra, Department of Organic Chemistry, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, will deliver a lecture on ‘The Periodic Table and Us’ on the occasion. Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore, will preside, according to a press release.
