The University of Mysore (UoM) has invited applications from registered Educational Institutions for establishing Degree (First Grade) Colleges in the University limits, starting from the academic year 2024-25. The applicant Educational Institutions of the city should have a minimum of one acre area in MCC limits, while those in Taluk headquarters should have 1.5 acre of land and those in other rural areas should have a minimum of 3 acres land, registered in the name of a Trust or should have entered into a 30-year or more Lease Deed agreement registered in the local Sub-Registrar office, according to a press release. Interested Educational Institutions can visit the office of the Director, College Development Council, Moulya Bhavan (Evaluation Block), Bogadi Road, Manasagangothri, Mysuru or call Ph: 0821-2419415 or 2419306.
