Mysuru: Telugu Samskruthika Samithi, Mysuru, had recently organised Ugadi family get-together which was attended by over 500 members.
In his inaugural speech, Dr. A. Subrahmanyeswara Rao, City Police Commissioner, said that though he belonged to Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, most of his life was spent in Karnataka, particularly in Bengaluru while studying Medicine and in Police service and still he has not forgotten his mother tongue, Telugu, which he said is a language which is rich in literature and culture.
