Under the Government’s Udyogini Scheme, the Karnataka Women’s Development Corporation has invited applications from economically backward women for empowering them with self employment, by advancing Bank loans and granting subsidy. The interested economically backward women must be aged between 18 and 55 years. The prescribed application forms are available at the Women and Child Welfare Development Office in the city and at all taluks. The application forms can be collected till Oct.10 and the same must be returned along with all necessary documents before Oct.20.
