T. Narasipur: A seven-year-old girl was killed, while four others suffered injuries when one of the tyres of the car in which they were travelling burst and the car rammed into a roadside electric pole near Mugur village in the taluk on Sunday.
The deceased girl has been identified as Rudiksha, daughter of Shankaralingu, a resident of Masage village in the taluk. Those injured have been identified as Shankaralingu and his relatives — Madappa, Amrutha and Nagamani. They have been admitted at a hospital in Mysuru.
