Bengaluru: As a Dasara gift, the State Government on Friday increased the Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees by two percent. The hike will be with retrospective effect from July 1, 2018. This will apply to all permanent Government employees and other employees drawing salaries from the Government. The hike also applies to retired State Government employees and pensioners, according to an official notification.
