Mysuru: A two-day ‘Bhavanotsava-2017’ marking the 130th birth anniversary of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB) Founder Kulapati Dr. K.M. Munshi, organised by BVB Mysuru Kendra commenced last evening at Y.T. Thathachari auditorium in BVB premises in Vijayanagar here.
Inaugurating the programme, Vid. B.S. Ramanujam, Musician and former Economics faculty of Mahajana Degree College, recalled that Munshi aspired Indian art and culture to pervade across the globe which should be materialised with effort of everyone. He pointed out that artistes too are cultural ambassadors and added that every child performing at the programme could turn out as an outstanding artiste in future.
