Mysuru: SDM-IMD will be organising its 6th International Conference on Emerging Trends in Finance, Accounting and Banking on Aug. 18-19 at its premises. The conference will be inaugurated by Viju Parameshwar, former President and CEO, Kluber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, on Aug.18.
Kesavan Venugopalan, Group Chief Financial Officer, Narayana Health, Bengaluru, will be the distinguished speaker during the inaugural function. Dr. N.R. Parasuraman, Director, SDM-IMD, will preside. The conference includes paper presentations by delegates and invited talks by experts from the Industry and Academia on the theme ‘Finance and Banking.’ The meet will culminate with a special talk by Dr. Prasanna Chandra, former Professor, IIM Bangalore and Director, Centre for Financial Management, Bengaluru, on Aug. 19.
