Prof. S.K. Ananda Thirtha, a gentleman to the core stole the hearts of numerous individuals in Mysuru city with his warmth and generous attitude of helping the needy without any hesitation. A man who lived his life with a very positive attitude passed away in sleep on Feb.6, leaving many of his followers, family and a host of relatives in shock and despair.
Prof. S.K. Ananda Thirtha, a Physics lecturer, who had a long stint with the Mahajana Educational Institutions, Mysuru, was involved in promoting many activities in the SBRR Mahajana PU College of which he was the first Principal. After his retirement from the Mahajana Institutions, he served as the Principal of the Puttaswamy PU College in the city for a couple of years.
